We understand that things happen Sweetie Mae’s main goal is to provide fresh products daily. If there is a issue with your order. Please notify us within 24 hrs of your purchase. 

We will replace your order. You must bring in the products that was purchased, for your order replacement to be homered. All orders/deposits are non/refundable. Exchange only within 24 hrs of purchase. If you place a order and do not pickup on the schedule pickup date, your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchange/remake will be available. Unless a notice the day of or day before is made to make a new arrangement for pickup.

Online orders: You must pickup at the selected pickup day and time chosen. If order isn’t picked up 30 mins after the selected pickup time. Your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchanges/credits will be applied. Unless you call or email to make other arrangements regarding your order.
